Terms of Purchase

• ALL ORDERS WITHA  VALUE OVER $100 WILL BE SHIPPED WITH SIGNATURE REQUIRED. THIS MEANS SOMEONE WILL NEED TO BE PRESENT AT DELIVERY TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE. SS-MOTO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES THAT ARE MARKED DELIVERED. 
• Ship times can vary from 1day to 45 days
• Anodize is not an exact process and shades of each color may vary. 
• All parts are NOT in stock all times. Some parts are made to order. 
• Parts that have been and returned, you will not receive refund on shipping spent. 
• Returned orders may be charged a 20% restocking fee.
• SS-MOTO operators are not required to supply status updates of orders with in 30 days from order placed date.
• your order will shipped to the address you supply at checkout. If you make an error inputting your shipping address and your order is shipped to the wrong address SS-MOTO is not responsible for replacing nor refunding your order. 
• Your shipping address and billing address must be the same or your order may be canceled. 
• Orders placed Via SHOP app- shop app ship times are not accurate, these dates are defaulted by the app and unable to be changed. Ship times can take anywhere from 1-45 days.
